Giselle first started her journey into energy work in 2012 with Reiki training and crystal therapy workshops.  More recently she completed a Spirit Talker Tribe Spiritual Growth and Connection online course with Shawn Leonard.

 

She is a Reiki Master who aims to create a serene space for people to take time out from the hustle and bustle of life. 

 

Clients usually report feeling relaxed, balanced, grounded, connected, and lighter! 

 

Apart from the mind-body-spirit triad, her interests include calypso music, swimming, writing, and painting.
